Happy New Year!!!

I hope that you all take some time this week to sit and think about what you've learned this past year, and what you are hoping to learn and to have happing in the coming one.  Many people aren't into making goals, but even if you fall into that camp, having ideas about what you want to have happen doesn't mean it has to.  However, I am big into goals even though that doesn't always mean they come to fruition in my set time.

So here are some of my art related goals I want to accomplish this year:

1. Finish my comic by March 5...the one year anniversary of the idea.

2. Create a 3ft by 3ft oil painting of the Oregon coast.  Can't you just see this compilation picture come to life as a painting?

3. Start my next story...this is vague on purpose...as my subject matter is yet to be finalized.

4. Have recent personal examples for each project I give to my students. (sounds easy, but we do a lot of projects)

5. Complete redo the layout of this blog, it needs an update.  (to be done by the end of January)

On the dreams front:
1. Have an art show.
            (1 & 2 are could be connected)
2. Have a local coffee shop to hang my work.

3. Finish my second story...who knows I could do it!
