My favorite plants of all time have to be moss and ferns. My brothers pointed out, as sometimes younger brothers do, that having a favorite plant ranks me rather high on the lame scale. However, that does not deter me in my appreciation for these great little plants. They are soft, green, hearty, pretty, and thrive in cool places. Whats not to love? So I did a project on Monday that incorporated string, pressed fern, and cut birch bark. This is what I came up with. My Friendship Fern.

I would definitely buy one of these. You should start a shop on Etsy.com! If you're interested in selling one let me know. Otherwise I might have to try and make one of my own. :) Just like you, I love ferns. And moss. I always thought maybe it was a Washingtonian thing... but others have assured me I'm just a weird plant favoriting lame-o. :P
