Recently, Brad and I spent an evening in a borrowed canoe enjoying the sun and the lake of a 73 degree day. First we finagled the canoe out of the truck and into the water; it was relatively easy (thanks Brad).
I tied it to the little dock, while Brad pulled the truck around for parking while we went paddling.
We found a little bit of new growth...
And saw some skunk cabbage in bloom...
Enjoyed the trailing Methuselah's beard lichen...which I thought was moss until I found the real name today.
Canoed under a bridge, and tried not to scare the fish away.

We basically had a great day of BS Time (Brad & Susan Time).
