January - Started with a Miscarriage that I couldn't even speak about until April, but also brought some gorgeous SNOW.
February - Was quiet while I grieved and reminiscing about India.
March - Brought continued thoughts of India with a 3 picture 3 sentence story.
April - We announced BIG NEWS, went on a hike of death, visited the Dalles and went fishing.
May - I remembered to be intentional, shared 18 months of hair growth, and found out the sex of our baby.
June - Found us hiking to Devil's Tower, planting a garden (read: planting two vegetables), and writing a letter to our 25 week baby.

July - My hubby guest posted. We went to Windy Ridge, and I shared my love of all things orange.
August - I shared an exercise in creativity. We went on a 7 day road trip 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 and got a row boat!
September - Brought in A BABY! I shared pictures of said baby and experienced life in the NICU.

October - Our baby turned 1 month old. We went for an evening walk and soaked in fall foliage.
November - I talked about adjusting to a newborn and said goodbye to fall.
December - I saw a funny sign and pondered the season of Christmas.
It hasn't been a particularly earth shattering year. It stretched and pulled me in ways I never imagined, but I'm still here. There were sweet moments, and weeks filled with sadness. I had times of joy and mini adventures and times that put everything I knew to the test. 2013 brought every emotion to the surface, and I was forced to remember that emotions come and go, but that the Lord is still the same yesterday, today and forever. Thank you Lord for this past year. I pray that as we usher in this new one that You will be there to teach and guide me as I learn to love like You.
